Mustard Seed Ministries (name changed for security) serves churches and young people in South Asia through Scripture engagement and discipleship. The ministry has been equipping believers and developing leaders since 2009. Each year, Mustard Seed reaches more than 100 leaders and more than 1,000 youths, strengthening churches through Bible teaching, leadership training, and small groups.

Scripture Engagement

Regular Bible study and teaching that strengthens believers and helps churches grow in maturity. These gatherings help Christians grow in confidence in God’s Word and live out their faith with wisdom and integrity. As understanding deepens, churches are better equipped to disciple others.

Leadership Training

A Bible school that equips leaders from across the region to serve faithfully in their local churches. Training focuses on grounding leaders in Scripture, shaping character, and helping them nurture others through teaching and pastoral care. The aim is to multiply healthy leadership across the region.

Youth Discipleship

Regional youth gatherings and an annual national conference helping young people follow Jesus with purpose. These spaces help young believers build friendships, grow in faith, and learn how to live for Him day by day. They also encourage emerging leaders to step forward and serve.

Small Groups and Home Fellowship

Care groups and home fellowships provide spiritual nurture and community. They create space for prayer, accountability, and encouragement, helping faith take root in everyday life. This relational discipleship supports long-term growth and multiplication including into less-reached rural areas.
