NEW CHILDAID PARTNER IN GHANA
High Priest Academy doesn’t just provide education, it offers hope. Through scholarships and daily meals, children from vulnerable families can stay in school and thrive. Beyond academics, HPA nurtures faith and character. As Princess shared, “They taught me how to pray and read the Scriptures during our Wednesday worship… these teachings shaped my life to be a virtuous girl.” Samuel adds, “Now I don’t have to worry about going hungry in school and I am able to focus on my education.”
Thanks to your support, children like Mary, Princess, and Samuel are not only learning but growing in confidence and faith.
Myanmar
Word of Hope Orphanage would love us to thank God with them that:
- All the children and staff remained safe during the earthquake in March. None of their buildings are damaged and everyone felt protected by God.
- The children had an amazing time at church camp in April, which included Bible teaching, worship and games.
- 11 children were baptised (pictured) at the end of church camp! Praise God for their salvation through Jesus and pray they would continue to mature in faith.
- WorldShare has been able to send an initial amount of funding to Word of Hope meaning they can begin work on their girls' dormitory project shortly.
Please pray for:
- A good start to the new academic year which began at the end of May.
- Continued success in raising money for the girls' dormitory project, both from WorldShare supporters and from charitable trusts, so the target can be reached.
