Girls’ Housing Emergency Appeal

Please would you help our ministry partner in Myanmar, Word of Hope? They desperately need your support to build a new, three-story dormitory building to safely house the girls at the orphanage. Despite the dedication of Word of Hope church and staff members, the girls’ dormitory building at the orphanage is facing critical challenges.

To assist Word of Hope to achieve their plans for the construction of the new dormitory building (see artists' impression), we need to raise £80,000. This amount includes costs for the structural work, plastering, doors and windows, painting, tiling, electrical work and plumbing. The new building will have dormitory space for the 22 girls currently cared for, plus enough room for the additional 15 orphaned girls who urgently need to be taken in. Not only that, the building will also include bathrooms and a kitchen & dining hall.
